CONVEY MY VISION
We all need to reawaken from time to time into a heaven of freedom of our own making. Every person faces problems related to interpersonal interactions. One makes a note of these as Pleasurable, Tolerable and Intolerable. One can make the intolerable interactions tolerable and tolerable interactions pleasurable with a positive change in attitude.
Children take the liberty of reacting to situations in a candid and loud manner. They do not hesitate to show their anger or displeasure openly. Their reactions do not lead to untoward repercussions, since they are not considered malicious. As one grows the magnitude of reactions has to be modulated. As an adult one has to take responsibility of his or her behavior, comment, gesture, and actions.
Some times despite doing everything right people experience unkind gestures and remarks. A person who is not in the habit of being rude finds it extremely difficult to cope up with such people. Mr. Albert Ellis of REBT says,” do not label a person you can only say the behavior was bad” He also says an attempt can fail, but a person never fails.
One must try to get out of a bad memory as quickly as possible as it helps to prevent further stress. It is up to us to increase the life of a bad comment. One can either listen or dump it if it is not worth paying any heed to. If you think and spoil your days or weeks over it; you are wasting your precious time by allowing negative thoughts that spread like weeds.
When we come across unpleasant interactions; the trauma with such repeated episodes make them unbearable. As you mature, you analyze, introspect and review your own thoughts. Attempts are necessary to modify the unavoidable, intolerable interactions to tolerable. When situations do not resolve despite being nonjudgmental; it is better to avoid such interactions by maintaining distance, ignoring or detaching yourself. One can choose his/her friends if not relatives. It is a blessing to have people with a beautiful mind who are there for you in good times to rejoice with you and bad times to support you.
It is your life; do not waste time over bad memories and interactions. Multiply happiness. Cherish old relationships, friendships and memorable moments. Engage in activities that are gratifying.
I have a vision of people of all color and race from all over the world united and spreading light happiness peace and friendship to make the world a better place
This is the vision I want to convey for a beautiful tomorrow filled with myriad colors of eternal friendship, and music of love and a sense of belonging. Welcome each day with a smile on your face hope in your heart and peace in the soul.

LIFE
At times you are completely numb with pain. May be it does not pain any more as the pain threshold is higher! Or it is just that you are totally exasperated or exhausted and it simply does not matter. You mature out or grow up to understand the futility of reacting to situations, as it is something that is predestined, and even if it is your own life so to say you actually have no control over the things. They just happen and you simply try to react smartly, try to keep your cool and look composed, poised..........as if taking things in your stride! Is it true or fake?
I feel everybody at one stage in life has to learn from the various erratic experiences and realize that you still are an amateur artist and need to perform better!
The roles that the artists play are mostly well defined and there is a director to tell them if their performance on a given day was good or bad and they also get a chance to improvise the next time they perform. We have to go on without a chance and be perfect without a rehearsal. The price for the artist is only monetary if they fail miserably. Human beings pay a heavy price in actual life if they fail. The reasons for failure differ from person to person. Price could be social, personal, emotional, psychological or monetary. It could also be a combination of all in the worst scenario!
I do not understand what to expect from life! It sometimes is better not to expect anything! Life has in store the best of surprises and worst of shocks and it comes to you when you expect it the least.

To my work
To my dreams
To myself
Belief and aspirations
To walk towards the sublime goal
To excel
An intangible desire to go on
An inexhaustible spring, a fount
Bestowing an implicit spur
Leads me through the oddyssey
Yes...I endorse and assert
I am committed
To my work
To my dreams
To myself

PAIN
Pain! You say the word and it stings. Anguish, a shooting pain, a throbbing pain, a burning misery! It is unbearable but you have to bear with it. You cannot handle it yet you have to deal with it.
It is a poison; it is a toxin, a neurotoxin that incapacitates your brain. A pain so complete and comprehensive it paralyses you. The pain is like a dagger in your heart; you bleed drop by drop!
It rips you apart and says I am the definitive truth! You never ask for it but it keeps you company. Pain prevails, pain arrests your thoughts. It attacks your mind, it envelopes you like flames.
Pain is a lady in black, the most callous, obnoxious creature! You never want to visit her but she will catch you at the unkind moment to tell that you cannot escape! She is the scorching reality and will make you suffer the blazing blisters.
She will chase you haunt you and will be by your side in your sleep to make sure you have nightmares. She will immobilize by capturing your psyche and torment you to cause insomnia. She will transform you into a zombie.
She will trap you to devastate you. Her fierce hands will grab you to destroy your being. Your soul will crave for deliverance from her hideous clutches. Cope up and accommodate she will command. Rescue….. It is a fool’s demand!

MIND
Mind is as busy as a bee, always at work! As fast as sound and other times it is as slow as a snail. There is this mad desire to achieve the goals and some times it does not let you do anything but just dream, day dream without any intention to bring them into reality.
People talk a lot about the mind, its power! Hindu philosophy speaks volumes about conquering mind. Mind control, control over thoughts they say controls your actions! Is this really possible?
People lose their control and go haywire, they are pushed to do things they regret and are later blamed for. Not every individual is blessed with the ability to control his or her mind and in turn actions!
A person is educated to be knowledgeable but an educated person needs to be cultured. This is how he stands out from the rest. Everyone knows to talk, to communicate, yet very few do it gracefully. The words, the language, the accent, the style, last but not the least the thoughts; every aspect reflects a cultured mind.
Leave alone words or communication skills, one can gauge a person's mind through his body language, and gestures. Genuine gestures say much more about a person than words. A person with a pristine mind and a pure heart is always successful and happy. Such persons are always surrounded by many who want to be like them but cannot achieve it. The special quality of these people is that they leave everybody impressed by their aura.
It is a wonderful experience to see glimpses of such a beautiful mind through write ups, passages and conversations. Sages, gurus, speakers and philosophers have the ability to change a person who comes in close contact or the one who really makes an effort to understand and imbibe their philosophy.
It has been an ancient tradition to train shishyas at gurukul so that they carry the torch of knowledge that the guru has handed over to pass on to the younger generations. The "guru shishya parampara" has had its charm and impact for ages. It is not only the knowledge but the whole philosophy of life where the mind was trained in order to bring about a complete%

Words
They put me to sleep, they keep me awake
They comfort me and say things unsaid
They infuse me with warmth
And
Surround me to fill my solitude.
